I love designing and implementing movement, breath and mindfulness practices to relieve any tension, strain, and pain that a particular group of people may be experiencing based on their repetitive movements and postures while practicing and performing. My goal is to create easy yoga techniques to gently warm up as well as release sore muscles; to wake-up and lubricate any stiffness in the joints as well as release and relax tension and anxiety that may affect your performance. We will pay special attention to the upper body especially hands, wrists, and shoulders but as the saying goes, ‘everything is connected,’ so any work we do benefits the whole body. That said, I believe this series could benefit anyone who uses their hands be it typing, gardening, baking, or just about anything! So invite your friends and family to join.
