Yoga for Musicians at WYSO
We will pay special attention to the upper body especially hands, wrists, and shoulders but as the saying goes …”everything is connected”, so any work we do benefits the whole body. That said, I believe this series could benefit anyone who uses their hands be it typing, gardening, baking, or just about anything ! So invite your friends and family to join. I hope to meet you on the mat !
